Well-Being in the Woods guides you through proven practices for enhancing well-being by deepening your connection with yourself and nature. Come enjoy this experiential workshop based on research and practices developed in the area of Shinrin-yoku or “Forest Bathing” and research-based practices for well-being developed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Center for Healthy Minds. This program is led by Marjorie Pomper, Ph.D., CNC Docent, Master Naturalist, Certified Interpretive Guide and member of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.
