Join us on Wednesday mornings as we lead you an incredible and nurturing yoga class that will help you to slow down, open and relax.Please bring your own yoga mat.** NO YOGA CLASS ON WEDNESDAY< MAY 29.Using simple stretches, stillness and holds that will help to strengthen, lengthen, and hydrate the deep connective tissues, joints and ligaments; helping to improve flexibility, while building inner stamina, physical and mental endurance.
