Come join Pine Street Market owner and chief butcher Rusty Bowers and his team for a hands-on sausage-making workshop. Rusty will explain a variety of grinding, casing and cooking methods. Participants take home two pounds of their own sausage creation. The class includes a lunch of smoked and braised sausages from the Big Green Egg on property, country sides and beverages. Attendees will take home two pounds of their own hand made sausage.
Classes are held at Pine Street Market in Avondale Estates. Cost is $125 per person. Refunds are not available for missed classes. Five “Early Bird Class Tickets” are available at a 10% discount up until two weeks before the class date. VIP Class Tickets ($155) include a pound of Pine Street Market’s signature Applewood Smoked Bacon and a Pine Street Market t-shirt. Refunds are not available for missed classes.
