Rethinking Race Across the Nursing Profession (Webinar)
Nurses are expected to condemn racial inequality but are not provided with guidelines to discuss race and its impact across the profession. Evidence supports the need to revitalize the focus on racial-cultural competencies in nursing education, leadership, and care. This continuing education course provides a safe space for nursing professionals to acknowledge any shortcomings and to rethink nursing foundations as an approach to end social injustice for humanity.
