Morehouse School of Medicine High School & Young Adult Community Health Worker Training Program
You are invited to apply to an innovative, fun health careers pipeline and mentorship program at Morehouse School of Medicine. The High School &Young Adult community Health Worker Training Program trains high school students and recent high school graduates to serve as community health workers (CHWs) to deliver positive health outcomes for themselves, their family, and community. This is accomplished through summer training, health monitoring, community health projects, and year-round engagement. Students will receive a stipend, certificate, shadowing experiences, and health career exposure.
Rising 10th - 12th graders and 2020 high school graduates of metro-Atlanta high schools are eligible to apply.
Applications are due by March 31, 2020.
