For some late night fun this Valentine's Day Weekend, visit The Earl Smith Strand Theatre on Friday night, February 15 for a midnight showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show! Not just a movie, The Rocky Horror Picture Show is an experience, a legend, and a cult tradition that has been passed down through generations. With a chorus of fans, this night will be no different.In this wacky and tacky 1975 musical film, newlyweds Brad and Janet are blissfully in love - until their car breaks down in the rain. They look for help only to find themselves at the castle of the strange (possibly alien) Dr. Frank-N-Furter, who is in the process of bringing a monster "Rocky" to life. They are offered a place to stay, but do they dare?The audience is invited to enjoy the movie in costume. Tickets are $10. A limited amount of prop bags will be available for purchase for $5 the night of! Bags will include party hats, rubber gloves, noisemakers, cards, and toilet paper. Personal props may be brought into the theatre; however, items such as rice, confetti, super soakers, or anything that may damage our beautiful theatre is not allowed and patrons not respectful of that will be asked to leave without refund.
