For 40 years, Vivian R. Jacobson has been giving lectures internationally on her experiences with the man who has been called a pioneer of modernism. Sharing recollections of time spent working with Chagall for the last 12 years of his life, Jacobson speaks with unique insight, offering a moving and personal glimpse of both the artist and the man.
This lecture was originally given at the opening reception for "Marc Chagall and the Sacred," a collection of original works by artist Marc Chagall featured at Still Point through June. The lecture was met with great acclaim before a filled auditorium. Don't miss this second and lasat chance to hear it. The stunning collection of Marc Chagall's sacred lithographs and etchings will be open for viewing following the lecture, which runs about an hour and 15 minutes.
