A five-course lobster feast lures guests to Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails’ annual Lobster Madness on Sunday, Sept. 29.
Executive chef Derek Dollar and his team are already cracking on the crustacean-inspired menu for the seated, five-course gastronomic experience served family style in Milton’s Acre, the restaurant’s onsite garden. The evening kicks off with a bit of bubbly and a selection of passed hors d'oeuvre. More lobster-rich courses follow as guests work up appetites for the “Maine” event – a succulent 1.5-pound beauty for each diner – served with assorted accoutrements from the garden.
Tickets for Lobster Madness are $150 and include wine pairings and gratuity. Tax and fees will be added at checkout. Tickets may be purchased online.
