For one night only, Osteria Mattone will welcome adult participants from GiGi’s Playhouse to work collaboratively alongside executive chef Eric Sell to create, prepare and serve two, authentic Italian specials! A network of Down Syndrome Achievement Centers with over 46 locations across the nation, GiGi’s Playhouse strives to change the way the world views Down syndrome by sending a global message of acceptance for all and changing lives through free, therapeutic-based programs. The organization will join forces with Osteria Mattone on Monday, October 28, to prepare two dishes during dinner service: homemade spaghetti and meatballs and a build-your-own pizza with select ingredients. When not crafting delicious Roman-inspired fare, participants will greet and serve guests throughout the dining room. Additionally, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to GiGi’s Playhouse. Dinner service will be held at normal business hours from 5 – 9:30 p.m. To make a reservation, please visit osteriamattone.com. For additional help with reservations, please contact Holly Nagle at firstname.lastname@example.org. Business will continue as usual, and the full menu will be available for ordering.
