We are partnering with our neighbors from O-Ku Sushi to bring you our favorite wine and sushi pairings! Guests will taste 5 unique dishes from executive chef Jack Fang along with wine pairings by Perrine’s Team.
Inspired by their sister restaurant in Charleston, O-Ku Atlanta provides a fresh and innovative take on traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine. Located in West Midtown’s Westside Ironworks development across the street from Perrine’s, the restaurant offers rare and unique dining options along with traditional sashimi and specialty rolls, sourcing seafood from the finest fish markets in Tokyo and Hawaii alongside local and seasonal ingredients. Guests will have the opportunity to meet executive chef Jack Fang, who brings more than 35 years and a wide array of experiences in the restaurant industry to O-Ku Atlanta. Mentored by master sushi chef Tsutomu Fukuhara since the 1980s, chef Fang exhibits an enthusiasm for and impressive understanding of both honoring traditional sushi culture and showcasing individual technique and style.
