4th Fridays, June – August, 10am
Start off your day with a little yoga in nature. All ages and levels come together to experience this joyful, fun practice. From grandparents to infants and everyone in between, no two classes are the same. Start by building poses together with your spouse, your child, or your sibling and then ease into some relaxation and rest. You will leave this class connected to your family members and ready to take on your day. Bring your own yoga mat, or borrow a mat from our instruction team.
