Mission + Market's Chef Ian Winslade recently defeated Iron Chef Bobby Flay in an epic episode of “Beat Bobby Flay” and it’s time to celebrate! Join Mission + Market for limited-seat viewing with a 3-course dinner featuring the two dishes that Chef Ian created on his episode. The first course will highlight the secret ingredient of the episode, Asian pears with an Asian pear salad crafted with Fresno Chile, ginger and a Yuzu vinaigrette. The second course features the delicious dish that Chef Ian beat Bobby Flay with: Fisherman’s Pie with carrots and leeks and a fennel and asparagus salad. $15 wine pairings will be available for purchase on-site. Following dinner, there will be a viewing of Chef Ian’s episode, “A Proper Smackdown,” where the third course, a delicious celebratory cake, will be served.
