Leonard Yu, former sushi chef of Brush Sushi Izakaya and Terry (Nithidol Nithithanawut), Chef and owner of Silom Thai and Sushi will be throwing an exclusive comprehensive class and 7 course tasting menu that will showcase the break down and preparation of a whole 200 pound bluefin tuna. The event will be held at Buckhead restaurant, Silom Thai. This will be a private event, with limited and distanced seating in the main dining room. The event will have only 20 seats available.
