Be Still and Know is a gathering for those seeking relief from anxiety through connection with God and others. We will begin each group with a reading a moment of quiet reflection. Next, we learn a new skill to help increase joy and reduce anxiety. We will take time to share our personal experiences and relate to one another. Lastly, we will end our time together with silence and prayer. Please join us on the fourth Monday of each month.
