The 6th Annual Rose G. Bates Gospel Concert Supporting the Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS) and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital
The Loving Rose Foundation presents the 6th Annual Rose G. Bates Memorial Gospel Concert supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. This concert is dedicated in memory of the Loving Rose Foundation's Founder and President's beloved mother, Mrs. Rose Catherine G. Bates, who lost her battle with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma on November 3, 2007. The Loving Rose Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization which support cancer causes in the State of Georgia.
The Loving Bates Foundations stemmed from the “Loving Rose Bates Walking Team” in the first Light the Night Walk a fundraising initiative by LLS ‘aim to bring light to the darkness of cancer through research and cures’. Since the creation of the walking team in 2012, the Loving Rose Foundation has continued to make a lasting impact in the community through ministry of God’s Word through music, dance and poetry in an effort to gain awareness of cancer research.
This celebration of life will provide an uplifting experience for all ages to enjoy the electrifying talent of local artist including The Beulah Missionary Baptist Church Senior Choir, The Beulah Missionary Baptist Church Dance Ministry, His Word N' Motion Dance Ministry, Poet - Lakeem “Baba Ayi” Winborne, Worship Leader and Actress - Jacarda Smith and Recording Gospel Rap Artist - “Son of Faith” as headliner.
The suggested donation for this event is $25. THIS EVENT IS FREE TO ALL CANCER PATIENTS AND SURVIVORS! Thank you for supporting the Loving Rose Foundation and our quest to eradicate cancer!
