Ready to dive in? Ecco’s wildly popular Sirens of the Sea seafood menu celebrating Mediterranean coastal cookery returns on Wednesday, October 24, through Tuesday, November 6. Executive chef Brent Banda and his culinary team have created a variety of one-of-a-kind seafood dishes, and while menu details are still being ironed out, guests can expect dishes similar to last year’s highlights – like the wood-fired spiny lobster with sunchoke puree, sauce maltaise and chive oil; smoked mackerel rillette with preserved lemon, cured olive puree and crostini; and brandade ravioli with chicory, hazelnut crumb, fennel buerre blanc and smoked salmon roe – in addition to Ecco’s regular dinner selections.
